How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored -
Retention period
We keep your name, and general details as indicated above, for 3 years, from your last contact with us. We will then dispose of your information by shredding all paperwork and deleting your name, contact details and messages from any device we have.
Any personal or health information shared or gleaned during sessions with us will be deleted and/or shredded 3 years after the end of a year your final contact with us, i.e. records up to 31st Dec 2022 will be shredded during Jan 2026.
Any financial information gathered through the banks or other form of payment method will be kept for 6 years from the end of our financial year that they relate to, or longer if a transaction is covers more than one of our accounting periods, in accordance with HRMC guidelines.
- in a locked cabinet, of which I have the only key, i.e. anything written during a session or printed off to use during a session.
