September / October 2025 - Working on various aspects including fear and grief.
I have received 4 Reiki treatments from Heather and each one had built on the previous.
Heather holds a very safe space in order to carry out her work and following on from a consultation she was able to identify areas to work on.
Although Reiki will always go where it needs to, Heather is incredibly intuitive and is guided in a very holistic and spiritual way.
Because of the other healing modalities she is trained in, I feel that she offers an all round healing session and I was very happy with her to go with the flow knowing that it was always for my greatest and highest good.
She has been able to help me release fears and also drawn my attention to areas that physically need working on such as digestion. She felt into my heart and helped me release grief. I highly recommend having a treatment with her.

Heather’s Reiki sessions were deeply calming and soothing. The kind of relaxation that sneaks up on you until you realise you’re drifting off to sleep because your whole body finally feels held. I left each treatment feeling lighter, supported, and genuinely cared for.

October 2025 - Support with menopausal symptoms, tension and sleep.
I have received three in-person reiki healings from Heather, and I have also received three distant healing reiki sessions with Heather, all of which have been very professional from start to finish.
When Heather welcomes you into the room and takes the consultation, you are already made to feel welcoming, nurtured, and supported, and very much listened to.
During the Reiki healing session, the energy is wonderful. I felt so relaxed and peaceful, and at some of the sessions, I also released a lot, especially from my throat. I felt my mouth was opening, to almost want to breathe out a lot of tension that had been stuck there for years.
Suffering from menopausal symptoms, at one session, having my period at the time, using her intuition, Heather went directly down to my stomach and worked and really helped release any of the discomfort in my stomach.
I was also amazed at the distant healing sessions, as I was aware that that evening I slept so much better than I have ever slept before. I was also amazed by what Heather intuitively was picking up on and the feedback that she gave me.
Heather also gives lots of wisdom. She taps into her knowledge of health and all the positive things that I could then do for myself, and was very reassuring and always checked up on me the day after my sessions.
I would totally recommend Heather to anyone, whether you have been for a Reiki session or not before, or whether you wish to go even deeper than ever before, because I believe that Heather is also doing so much more, and tapping into so much more than Usui Reiki.
