What Does A Session Look Like?

 Summary
​

• Each healing session lasts around 1.5 hours long, over a WhatsApp, Signal or Messenger video call. 

 

• We work holistically and comprehensively in a very safe and secure space and way, to ensure the integrity and safety of the work, working powerfully with Divine energies.

 

• We communicate with all parts of your body, energy points and fields, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually, finding the imbalances and healing them accordingly, working on many different levels. 

 

• All information shared or gleaned throughout, or by email is totally confidential. 

 

• Absently? This is possible too, if times don't suit or for whatever reason. This is where we conduct the work without you on the video call and I communicate with you later, usually by email.

The Session

Firstly, we will have a brief discussion about what issues you are dealing with at that moment, and are looking to address. From this we will agree what we should focus on in that session.
​

• Throughout we will add in all the relevant elements to support you, balance and begin to heal all that is triggering you at this time, dialoguing as appropriate and bringing it all together; healing all that is necessary.

 

• You may also need one or more of the vibrational elixirs or essences during the session, which will be channelled through. These not only assist you to process your emotions and release them out of your energy system, but also help your energy fields to stay aligned in the process.  These can really augment your treatment and support you, also giving you valuable insight into what issues you are dealing with.

• Towards the end of the session I will help you understand and integrate the work, answering any questions, to give you a much more complete picture.This will be done at a level that is appropriate for you. We can help you begin to learn about accountability, and allow you to find ways to create sustainable changes in your life. This can be very insightful.                                                            

More sessions? - The timelines can vary depending on what your issues are. It could be a week, a month or whatever. This will become clear at the end of your session. This I will leave with you. The choice is then yours as to when you may wish another session, if you wish to continue.

After the Session 

Your body and mind will continue to heal and process all that we have done on many levels. 

• This will vary from person to person in how long it takes as well as what you may feel. Some may feel very little and others may feel a lot. This can also vary from session to session.

​

• The healing will work at whatever level you need at that time. 

 

• Accepting and being in allowance for whatever is right for you will greatly help you process, integrate, understand and heal. 

Working with Others -
​This healing work may not be a stand-alone therapy, it may also prompt seeing another therapist or your doctor. If so then we can discuss this at the end of a session. I may be prompted, or you may  wish to ask about a particular therapy to supplement this. It may also show up possible supplements that you may need. Nothing is in isolation.
